1. How can I charge it?
This Monitor with 4K resolution require 12V-2A power supply.While connect your device to the HD port you could use 12V -2A,5V-4A adaptor or the PD adaptor (12V would be the best),but While connect your device to the Type-C(Thunderbolt 3) port,you could only use PD or 5V-4A adaptor to avoid the device be destroyed while charged by the monitor
2. How do I connect my PS4/XBOXone/Cameral/PC/ MID/Mac book with your portable monitor?
For all connections to PS4/Xbox One/ Cam etc.., a HD cable will be needed( In the box).  You could also use a Type-C cable to connect the device with Type-C(Thunderbolt 3) port such as for Mac,for PC,Smart Phone
3. What kind of HD port does this monitor have?
This monitor has mini HD port.and comes with a HD cable(one end with HD mini and another end with HD standard) .. Please make sure your device with HD output before purchase.
